Measurement

Always on

Google Analytics, plus Vercel's cookieless page counts: how many people reached the site, where they came from, and how many finished a booking. This one runs either way. The cookie policy explains how to stop it in your browser.

Google Ads and the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram. They report back that an ad led to a booking, and they let an advert for STEPFIT be shown to you on other sites afterwards.

Microsoft Clarity replays how a page was used — where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far you scrolled. It is kept off the booking flow, the careers form and the contact form whatever you choose here.

retention.com matches signals from your visit against a database built from other sites, and where it finds a match it can tell us a named person was here — even if you never typed anything.

STEPFIT vs [solidcore]

[solidcore] is 50 minutes of slow, controlled resistance work on a Pilates-inspired reformer, taken to muscle failure. STEPFIT is 55 minutes of full-body movement at tempo. Both are hard. They are hard in opposite directions.

Both run in Tampa

[solidcore] has a Tampa studio at Hyde Park Village.

[solidcore]

Varies — check with the Hyde Park studio.

Which one you want

Go to [solidcore] if you want slow, isolated resistance work, or if you want a low-impact class. That last one matters: STEPFIT is an impact class, and if you have knee, hip or ankle issues you should check with your doctor before booking. Come to STEPFIT if you would rather move to music than hold a position while it burns.

The short version

Neither replaces the other. Slow resistance to failure is theirs. Sweating to music while your legs and glutes do the work is ours.
