Always on

Google Analytics, plus Vercel's cookieless page counts: how many people reached the site, where they came from, and how many finished a booking. This one runs either way. The cookie policy explains how to stop it in your browser.

Advertising

Google Ads and the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram. They report back that an ad led to a booking, and they let an advert for STEPFIT be shown to you on other sites afterwards.

Session recording

Microsoft Clarity replays how a page was used — where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far you scrolled. It is kept off the booking flow, the careers form and the contact form whatever you choose here.

Visitor identification

retention.com matches signals from your visit against a database built from other sites, and where it finds a match it can tell us a named person was here — even if you never typed anything.

What $19.95 gets you

A 55-minute class in a real room with a live instructor, a sound system built for a dance floor, and a platform we supply. No screens, no heart-rate zones, no treadmills.

The fine print

  • No membership, no signup fee, no monthly commitment. Book a class, or don't.
  • Everyone signs a one-time liability waiver before their first class. It covers every class after that, so you only sign once.
  • No refunds. Release your spot at least 12 hours before the class, using the one-click link in your confirmation email, and you get a class credit valid 90 days against any future class — that is the only thing that earns one. Inside 12 hours the spot cannot be refilled, so it stays yours whether or not you come; if you do not come, you lose the class and the $19.95. Not turning up at all is the same. Ask us and we may make an exception, but do not book expecting one. If STEPFIT cancels a class, you get a credit plus a discount toward your next one, and your money back as well if we cancel on you a second time.
  • 18 and over. A 16 or 17 year old can attend when a parent or legal guardian books for them, confirms in the form that they are the parent or legal guardian, and signs the waiver on their behalf. That parent or guardian must stay at the venue for the whole class — they cannot drop the minor off and leave. They do not have to take the class themselves; if they want to, that is their own booking and their own paid spot, and it is not included with the minor's. We check the minor's age against photo ID at the door and cannot admit them without it. Under 16 cannot take this class.
  • We can refuse entry or ask someone to leave for conduct — aggression, harassment, racism or discrimination, ignoring the instructor's safety instructions, or turning up in no state to take part safely on a raised platform. Never for who you are: STEPFIT does not refuse anyone on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.   • Free parking at Casa 21. The bar is not open during class.
