Google Analytics, plus Vercel's cookieless page counts: how many people reached the site, where they came from, and how many finished a booking. This one runs either way. The cookie policy explains how to stop it in your browser.

Google Ads and the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram. They report back that an ad led to a booking, and they let an advert for STEPFIT be shown to you on other sites afterwards.

Microsoft Clarity replays how a page was used — where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far you scrolled. It is kept off the booking flow, the careers form and the contact form whatever you choose here.

retention.com matches signals from your visit against a database built from other sites, and where it finds a match it can tell us a named person was here — even if you never typed anything.

Dance fitness classes in Tampa

STEPFIT is a 55-minute class in Tampa that puts step aerobics and dance choreography together, set to Latin, hip-hop and global music. It runs at Casa 21 on W Waters Ave, costs $19.95, and needs no experience — we teach the moves as we go and we supply the platforms.

Not a Zumba class, not a 1990s step class

Two things separate this from the dance fitness you have taken before. The platform is the first: stepping up and down for most of an hour raises your heart rate, engages your core, and works your glutes and legs in a way flat-floor choreography does not. The second is the room. This is a live instructor on a real sound system in a Latin dance club, not a screen, a heart-rate zone, or a treadmill.

  • The platform does the conditioning. The choreography makes you forget you are doing it.
  • Latin, hip-hop, or a mix — every class is posted with its music theme.
  • Live instruction. No screens, no zones, no treadmills.

The room: Casa 21

STEPFIT runs at Casa 21 Restaurant Bar & Grill, a Latin dance club on W Waters Ave that hosts salsa, bachata and merengue nights. We take the room before the club opens. That means the lights, the floor and the sound system are already built for dancing — you are not in a white box with a mirror and a Bluetooth speaker.
