One of the four things below is yours to switch. Off means the tag is never loaded — nothing is requested from the company behind it, so there is nothing for it to see and no cookie for it to set. The other three run for everyone, and each one is listed with what does stop it rather than with a switch that does not. Advertising

The Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram. It reports back that an ad led to a booking, and it lets an advert for STEPFIT be shown to you on other sites afterwards. This one runs either way, and there is no switch here for it — the cookie policy explains what does stop it in your browser.

Visitor identification

retention.com matches signals from your visit against a database built from other sites, and where it finds a match it can tell us a named person was here — even if you never typed anything. This one runs for everyone and there is no switch here for it. What we receive is kept and marked as coming from identification, and may be used for marketing email — nothing has been sent yet, and anything sent carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Session recording

Microsoft Clarity replays how a page was used — where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far you scrolled. It is kept off the waiver page, the careers form and the contact form, and that exclusion is written into this site’s own code rather than set in Microsoft’s dashboard.

HOTWORX puts you in an infrared sauna with a virtual instructor, on whatever schedule suits you. STEPFIT puts you in a room with a live instructor and everyone else, at a set time on a set date.

Which one you want

Go to HOTWORX if your schedule is unpredictable and you want to train alone at whatever hour is free. STEPFIT cannot match that — we run classes on posted dates, and if you miss one you wait for the next. Come here if training alone is the reason you stopped training.

One is solo and on demand. One is a live room on a set night. If the part you are missing is other people, that is the part STEPFIT sells.
