Measurement

Always on

Google Analytics, plus Vercel's cookieless page counts: how many people reached the site, where they came from, and how many finished a booking. This one runs either way. The cookie policy explains how to stop it in your browser.

Google Ads and the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram. They report back that an ad led to a booking, and they let an advert for STEPFIT be shown to you on other sites afterwards.

Microsoft Clarity replays how a page was used — where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far you scrolled. It is kept off the booking flow, the careers form and the contact form whatever you choose here.

retention.com matches signals from your visit against a database built from other sites, and where it finds a match it can tell us a named person was here — even if you never typed anything.

Tampa, Florida

Step aerobics and dance,
fused into 55 minutes
that feels like a night out.

Want to see the room?

No experience needed

Most people in the room have never taken a step class. The choreography is taught as you go — nobody is watching you, they are all counting their own steps.

We supply the platforms and the playlist. Bring yourself.

What a class is

Fifty-five minutes on a platform, set to Latin, hip-hop and global music. The choreography comes from social dance, not from a fitness manual, and it is built around the beat rather than a rep count.

The first class

The first STEPFIT class ran at Casa 21 on 27 June 2026. These are from that morning.

The same group photographed closer, arms round each other and laughing, under the word PUSH projected on the screen.A group selfie held at arm's length after class, faces filling the frame, paper bunting overhead and FASTER, PICK UP THE PACE projected behind.

Why the platform

Stepping up and down for most of an hour is what makes this conditioning rather than a dance class. It raises your heart rate, engages your core, and works your glutes and legs — continuously, without a single machine in the room.

  • Raises your heart rate and holds it there.
  • Targets glutes, legs and core.
  • Height is yours to set. Take it out entirely and the choreography still works.

Who teaches

The roster rotates. Yohana Veitia has led every class so far — she builds the choreography, breaks it down before the music picks up, and keeps the room together for the full 55 minutes.

Casa 21 runs salsa, bachata and merengue nights. We have the room before it opens — the lights, the floor and the sound system are already built for dancing.
